Meeting point is the Café in the Castle Leisure Centre from 1:30pm with all exercises starting from 2:00pm, and please join us for socialising and refreshment afterwards (at about 3:00pm).

We will then all meet up for refreshments and a chat at about 3:00pm.
Cost: £3 for members/ £5.00 for non-members
Membership costs only £12/annum. You can sign up for a membership here, or give us a call & pay on the day.
