Meeting point is The Hub, Lordship Recreation Ground (off Higham Road) from 10:30am with all exercises starting from 11:00am, and please join us for socialising and refreshment afterwards (at about 12:00 Noon).
When
Every Tuesday morning.
Choose from:
- Nordic Walking . Poles will be provided (limited to 12 people, first come first served).
- Silver Cheerleading (pom poms provided)
- Yoga
- Badminton
We will then all meet up for refreshments and a chat at about 12:00 Noon.
Cost: £1 for members/ £2:50 for non-members. The first session is free.
Membership costs only £12/annum. You can sign up for a membership here, or give us a call & pay on the day.
