We meet at the Velodrome and the cycling sessions start at 9am and finish at 10am.

Please note that the Wednesday session is a bit of a faster one with the Thursday one being more aimed at beginners and intermediate cyclists!

The first Wednesday of the month is a coached induction session. Free hire of bikes and helmets. Cost is only £4.00, and £3.00 for Silverfit members.
